Sapota (Chikoo) Pola

Back home in Kerala we have a Chikoo /Sapota tree.It bears such sweet delicious chikoos and this time we were lucky enough to eat them.My brother plucks them and Umma keeps them for ripening.Eating or preparing Milkshakes while we finish one batch the other gets plucked and ripens. And this Pola has been prepared from those tasty ones.
I have already posted a lot of sweet and savory polas here in my blog. You can check them below. These Polas are mostly prepared in nonstick pans applying a little ghee on the sides and bottom of the pan and will get cooked within 15 to 20 minutes.
                        KaiPola (using ripe Plantains)
                        Carrot Pola
                        Erachi(Meat) Pola
                        Carrot-Coconut Pola
                        Kadalaparippu Pola
                        Thari Pola
