Eating those just like that is only very tasty but when we got in bulk we used to prepare this Milkshake or sometimes Pola.Now on to the simple recipe
Ingredients
Chikoo/Sapodilla/Sapotta 4-5(ripe,medium size)
Chilled Milk 1/2 l
Sugar as per taste
-First peel the skin then roughly chop them removing the seeds or cut each Chikoo into halves and scoop out the pulp.
-Now add the chopped Chikoos/pulp along with milk and sugar in a blender and blend till smooth.Serve.
