Chikoo Milk Shake

Today's recipe is a simple but delicious Milkshake using Chikoo/Sapota which is one of our favorites. In India we have a tree which yields very sweet Sapotas.

Eating those just like that is only very tasty but when we got in bulk we used to prepare this Milkshake or sometimes Pola. Now on to the simple recipe

Ingredients
Chikoo/Sapodilla/Sapotta  4-5(ripe,medium size)
Chilled Milk   1/2 l
Sugar            as per taste
Preparation Method
-First peel the skin then roughly chop them removing the seeds or cut each Chikoo into halves and scoop out the pulp.
-Now add the chopped Chikoos/pulp along with milk and sugar in a blender and blend till smooth.Serve.
