Prawns And Capsicum Salad


This is a filling Salad and can be prepared easily with very little ingredients.If you are a Prawns fan then you can go ahead because the main ingredient is Prawns.You can find a few of my other Salads here and here.
This is a warm Salad, a stir fried one.You don't need too much of spices to go in.Now on to the recipe:

Ingredients
Prawns    12-15(cleaned)
Capsicum(Green) 1 medium or 1/2 of a large one
Onion  1 medium
Pepper powder  3/4 tsp
Salt  as per taste
Olive Oil  2 tbsp
Lime juice  2 tsp
Method 
-Marinate the prawns with 1/2 tsp of pepper powder,1 tsp lime juice  and salt for at least 10 minutes.
-Chop the Capsicum and the Onion.
-Heat a pan and add oil.Now add in the Prawns and cook for 5 minutes flipping both sides.
-Mix the remaining pepper powder and salt to the chopped Onion and Capsicum and add this to the Prawns pan.Keep on medium flame and saute well for 2 minutes,mixing everything well.(The Onion and Capsicum should be crunchy without the raw taste)
-Off the flame.Transfer to a plate ,add the remaining lime juice and serve warm.
