Chilli Paneer

I have already posted a Paneer recipe earlier and I have mentioned there how my children love eating paneer dishes. Now a days very week once or twice there will be a paneer dish at home. When my parents were here I prepared this chilly paneer and everyone liked it so much, that every thing was mopped up nothing left for packing for the kids tiffin. So this week when I started preparing my little one told me he needed the same for his school too,so I reserved some for the next day.I made chapatis, then I put this Chilly paneer inside and rolled it,that is how my younger one told me to do for his tiffin.
Here I haven't used any food colors instead the red color of the dish was the magic done by the kashmiri red chilli powder.Usually I use this chilly powder because its not spicy and gives a bright red color. Now on to the recipe:
Ingredients
Paneer cubes  200 g
Corn flour  2 tbsp
APF/Maida 1 tbsp
Salt   to taste
Kashmiri chilli powder 11/2 tsp
Water  3-4 tbsp
In a small bowl add the Corn flour,APF,Chilli powder, salt and water.Mix it well and add the Paneer cubes and coat it well.Keep this aside till you get prepared with rest of the ingredients.
Other ingredients needed:
Onion 1 large cubed
Tomato 1 medium chopped
Capsicum (green) 1 cubed
Ginger and Garlic(finely chopped)  3/4 tsp each
Green chilly slit  2
Chilly flakes 1/4 tsp
Kasmiri Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp(optional)
Tomato sauce 2 tsp (optional)
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Sugar  1/4 tsp
Salt as needed
Oil 3 tbsp

Method
-Heat a pan and add oil.Now add the marinated Paneer cubes and shallow fry.Just flip the cubes till all sides are coated and fried.Remove the pieces onto a tissue paper and keep aside.
-Now to the same oil add the crushed ginger and garlic. When slightly brown in color (it gives out a lovely aroma) add the chilly flakes, the slit chilly and the cubed Onion.
-Saute for 4-5 seconds and add the Tomato pieces.
-Now add the sauces, pepper powder,Chilli powder and the salt.
-Add the Capsicum and sugar.Mix well.
-Add in the fried Paneer pieces, mix well and garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve.
