Clams Stirfry

Ingredients
Clams meat/Elambakka      2 cups(cleaned)
Onion                          1 big (finely chopped)
Ginger crushed            1/2 tsp
Garlic crushed            1/2 tsp
Chilly powder             11/2 tsp
Turmeric powder        1/4 tsp
Coriander powder       1/2 tsp
Salt                              as needed
Coconut grated           1 cup
Curry leaves               a few
Oil                               3 tbsp
 Method of preparing
-In a bowl add the clams,onion,all the powders,salt and mix well.
-Heat a frying pan and add oil.When the oil turns hot add the crushed ginger and garlic.When it turns light brown and the curry leaves and then the mixed ingredients and fry for sometime on medium flame.
-Add the grated coconut and stir fry till completely roasted.
