Njandu/Crab Fry

If Crab is one of your favorite sea food,then you will love this fried version.You can have this as a side for rotis with any vegetable gravy.

Ingredients
Crab/Njandu      1.2 kg medium size(cleaned,cut and washed)
Chilli powder      3/4 tbsp
Pepper powder   1 tsp
Ginger (pasted)  1 tbsp
Garlic  (    "     )  1 tbsp
Salt    1/2 tsp(as needed)
Oil     for shallow frying
Curry leaves   a few
Method
-Marinate the crab with rest of the ingredients and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
-Heat oil in a frying pan and add the marinated crab.
-Fry till done, flipping once or twice in between.
-Crispy and yummy fried crabs are ready to be served.
