Nutella Bread Pudding

A sweet dessert at the end of a meal or any time is loved by all.For my hubby,my dad and my younger sister a sweet is a must after lunch. It could be any thing like a Peanut brittle or a melt in mouth Cake or Pudding.Back home we store these in our store room pantry and after lunch when every one goes back to the sitting room,we can find my Dad and Sister going to the Storeroom. And my Umma laughing tells them it's the wrong route you'r going :)
Today's recipe is a pudding. And if it's an easy and chocolaty one then.. For all those Nutella lovers; two of them in my home itself, my hubby and Adi who can eat a spoonful just like that. It's a baked pudding but you can also steam it.Now on to the recipe:
Ingredients
Bread slices  6
Nutella  3-4 tbsp
Egg   3
Milk powder  4 tbsp
Sugar 4 -5 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence  1 tsp
Butter to grease

Method
-Grease a small cake pan or loaf tin with butter.
-Cut the edges of the bread.Spread a thick layer of Nutella on one side of  three bread slices. And sandwich each bread(with nutella) with the other bread(which has no spread).
-Now cut each sandwich into 4 equal parts(this is optional).
-Lay these pieces on the greased tin.
-In a blender add the eggs, sugar, milk powder, vanilla essence and water.Blend well.
-Now pour this onto the bread pieces.Keep this aside for 5 minutes till the breads are soaked well(you can flip the bread 2-3 times in between so that the bread cubes are saturated).
-Now bake this for 10 -12 minutes at 170°C or till the top part turns golden brown.
-Serve when cooled with nutella topping.
