It's the 10 of the month and time for the MFB Challenge. This time the theme is 'Cooking with Honey'.Honey is something that's always there in my pantry.Mostly Honey goes into our Milk, toast, fruit salads or sometimes in smoothies.Sometimes my Brother-in-law brings fresh honey from India.Honey has a lot of health benefits which you can find in the Internet.
There are two things mentioned in the Holy Quran as 'Shifa' (Healing)
...One is the 'Quran' itself...
And the other is 'Honey' ...
''There comes forth from their bellies, a drink of varying color wherein is healing for men. Verily, in this is indeed a sign for people who think.” (Soorah Al-Nahl, 16:69)''

-Cover and keep this aside(in a warm place) till it doubles in size.
-Once doubled divide the dough into equal balls, slightly flatten and place them on a greased baking tray leaving space in between each.
