Sweet Buns

It's the 10 of the month and time for the MFB Challenge.This time the theme is 'Cooking with Honey'.Honey is something that's always there in my pantry.Mostly Honey goes into our Milk,toast,fruit salads or sometimes in smoothies.Sometimes my Brother-in-law brings fresh honey from India.Honey has a lot of health benefits which you can find in the Internet. 
There are two things mentioned in the Holy Quran as 'Shifa' (Healing)
...One is the 'Quran' itself... 
''And We send down of the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe… Al-Israa (17:82)           
And the other is 'Honey' ...
''There comes forth from their bellies, a drink of varying color wherein is healing for men. Verily, in this is indeed a sign for people who think.” (Soorah Al-Nahl, 16:69)''
Now coming to today's recipe I have prepared Buns in a sweet form using this ingredient.You can eat it as such due to the sweetness or eat applying Butter. Now on to the recipe:
Ingredients
APF/Maida   2 cups + a little more
Honey  1/4 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Yeast   1 tsp
Milk   1/4 cup
Sugar  1 tsp
Salt  1/4 tsp
Milk Powder  2 tsp
Egg  1 lightly beaten
Procedure
-Heat the milk until warm.Add in the yeast and sugar. Mix well.Then add the butter and honey(butter will get melted in the warm milk) 
-In a bowl add the flour,Milk powder and salt.Mix these dry ingredients well.
-Add in the beaten egg and the milk mixture and knead it into a smooth dough.You can add extra flour if its sticky or a little warm water (2-3 spoon) if you feel the dough may become tight.
-Cover and keep this aside(in a warm place) till it doubles in size.
-Once doubled divide the dough into equal balls,slightly flatten and place them on a greased baking tray leaving space in between each.
-Brush the buns with a little egg and milk mixture.
-Bake at 180 degree for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
