Green chillies 2-3(according to your spice level)
Onion 1 medium
Milk 1/4 cup
Curry leaves 2 sprigs
Salt as needed
Ghee as needed to grease the pan
-In a blender add the eggs,green chillies,a few curry leaves,half of the onion,milk and salt.Blend till smooth.
-Now pour this into a bowl.Check the salt
-Chop the other half of the onion and the left curry leaves finely and keep this mix aside.**
-Now heat a frying pan and spread a little ghee.
-Take each slice of bread ,dip into the egg mixture,soak both sides and the edges and place it on the greased pan,top it with a little onion-leaves mix.**After a minute flip it carefully and fry till both sides are done.
