Fasting is one among the five pillars of Islam.Every act of goodness is rewarded in Islam and the rewards are based on the sincerity and intentions.But Fasting is the only worship about which Allah has said that He Himself will reward for it.Abu Hurairah relates that the Prophet(pbuh) said:"Allah(swt) said:‘Every deed of the son of Adam is for him except fasting; it is for Me and I shall reward for it."
Due to this year's hot climate,during this month, the little ones who fast breaking go more on the drinking side along with their snacks so I make sure I add something filling and healthy for them.Today's recipe is a simple Apple Pear smoothie.
Ingredients
Apple 1 (peeled and chopped)
Pear 1 (chopped)
Oats 11/2 tbsp(dry roast for a minute)
Milk (cold) 1-11/2 cup
Honey/Sugar 2 spoon
Method
-Blend all the ingredients together till smooth and serve.
