If you are my regular reader you know about a group I mentioned earlier that I had joined regarding gardening.I was a totally a lazy one in gardening or it would be rather nice to say I didn't know the abc..of it.But attending this class which was just a coincidence- an invitation from another group - has made me a beginner.Last year I had posted my little garden on FB and this time also I grew a few veggies in my little space.
Hello Friends,First of all sorry for the delay in posting recipes this year.Actually I had some health issues,which I am feeling better now,Alhamdulillah, but still I am on medicines and physiotherapy.I had to take complete rest and so was not active on any social media.Today feeling better I thought I will post something from my drafts,that is I had the images ready long back,so only I had to do the posting.
Today is the 10th of February and yes time for our MFB Challenge.Actually my last post was also for this Challenge,then I had gone to India and was back only 3 weeks back,and the hangover has not yet left but I didn't want to miss this easy Challenge.This time it was to prepare something with Rumaan yes Pomegranate,which is a fruit mentioned in the Quran.Other than the peeling part,which now a days has many easy steps,this fruit is a jewel with its lovely bright colour and it's health benefits. Not going into so much of chat now straight to the recipe which is so easy to put in together with an easy dressing and just serve.
Again another 10th of the month and yes time for our MFB Challenge.This time it's to prepare an Iranian dish.While browsing through their cuisine I found so many rice varieties and Kebabs.And I planned to do Kebab.But suddenly we made a plan to go to India for two weeks as the children have a two weeks break for Winter.As we didn't go to India for the Summer vacation we that time itself had in mind we'll go during winter vacation,but fixing the date took time...
