Masala Idli Fry (With leftover Idli)

While planning to make Idli or Dosa, the part I feel lazy is soaking the rice and dal and then the grinding process. But once that part is over I feel so happy that I don't have to break my head thinking what to make for breakfast for the next two days or for one day's breakfast and dinner hehe..
So that means I have the ready batter to make twice. Most of them here including my relatives buy the 'ready made mix' from the supermarkets and tell me they don't waste time on all those grinding process but somehow I don't like the idea and doubt would it be healthy? May be once in a while it is OK.Anyways they have their own reasons, and if asked healthy😖 then they would ask in return... ''Is such thing healthy,is this-that healthy'' etc...
I usually don't have leftovers for Idli because I know how much my family intake is and  keep my leftover batter in the refrigerator. But sometimes we go wrong and that 's what happened few days back.First I thought of steaming or microwaving the leftover and using it but then I turned it into this Masala Idli and it was whipped off :)
